Refunds
The Hard To Manage Policy applies to all products purchased directly from HTM, either at an in-store pop up event or online, within the United States and Canada. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may return, or exchange products purchased from HTM, including eligible items, time limits, and the steps you need to take to initiate a return or exchange. It is important to note that this policy does not apply to items purchased from other retailers, or to HTM products purchased outside of the United States and Canada.

- We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
- In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@hardtomanage.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
- All products must be returned within 30 days:
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
- If you haven’t registered an account on printful.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
- Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
- Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

- All products must have proof of purchase
- Products cannot be worn, used, washed, altered, or opened
- Products must be returned with all original tags
- Products must be purchased directly from hardtomanage.com
- Products cannot be returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
- Products purchased in store must be returned in the country purchased (E.g., products purchased in the US cannot be returned in Canada)

If a product or products are returned to us that is outside of our policy and was not accepted for return, it will be donated or discarded. We are unable to send products back to you once it has been received by our warehouse. Refunds will not be granted for returns outside of the Policy. If there appears to be fraud or abuse of policy, we may choose to decline your return.
